ELPA is located in the rural landscape of Latgale, on a historic farmhouse that is being carefully restored while preserving its original character. Each building is developed with respect for the site’s history, following the principles of sustainable architecture and circular economy.
The residency includes guest accommodation, workshops, gardens, orchards and generous outdoor spaces that support both creative work and quiet retreat. Nature is not simply the setting, it is part of everyday life.
