ELPA welcomes designers, craftsmen, researchers, writers, filmmakers and other creative practitioners from Latvia and abroad.
Residencies range from short stays to several weeks. We provide space for focused work, collaboration and experimentation while drawing inspiration from the landscape, people and culture of Latgale.
Alongside residencies, ELPA hosts workshops, lectures and public events.
